Last time as well as this time, after completing the challenge mode in standard difficulty I got kicked off the app. Thankfully I received all rewards but when I re-entered the game it shows the challenge being completed and doesn't progresss further into a harder difficulty.
Last time this happened I contacted support and they said in their automatic mail they'll look into it. Eventually the event passed and I couldn't progress at all.
This event comes, the same problem occures, I send support another report and since they said if I need futher assistance to answer their mail I decided to do that.
So, I explained that I needed some advice on what to do exactly. Am I supposed to wait for them to answer, fix the problem or something else? The challenge had 5 days more ever since I reported the issue. Tow days later and the days reduced to 3. I received no responce to my additional mail and the problem keeps going.
It's not like I can clear the entire harder difficulty but I can still manage 3/5 challenges and get some rewards. But right now as things are, I am stuck unable to do anything and this is really frustrating.
What am I supposed to do?
