Has anyone been helped by the wbplay support team to fix their issues?

    I have done some searches and one user claims that the wbplay support team said they are unable to rectify it, which is totally unfair. I have submitted feedback to the devs to add a next button, i have also started a new thread about it to on the forum. I hope they do read it. Being unable to upgrade characters also affects how one ranks in multiplayer, it gives some people an unfair adavantage as they are able to access the gear and extra cards in order to benefit from multiplayer while others are cannot.

    4.7: States that "Failure to provide adequate information or support for Your Products may result in less prominent Product exposure or removal from Google Play by Google and may result in low Product ratings, lower sales, and billing disputes by users."
