Linked id not restoring the previous game

Unfortunately my immortals game got uninstalled, so I have installed it again and when I am entering my ID and password of wb games but it's not syncing my account and starting me from the new user.

I want to restore my wb account as I was having more than 50 character lots of gold character.

Please assist and revert asap.
