What’s up with the cemetery?

Hey I was just wondering what the letters were for in the cemetery and why you have to but this on the graves does it give you the zombie characters or something?

  Ash2004, you need to collect letters to make up the words on the headstone.  If make the word, drag the appropriate letter to the right headstone.  Once you collect them all you will be awarded the character.  kman64
