We are seeing reports of some Shadow of War players not being able to launch the game on x64-based systems and getting a Direct3D 11.1 API not available error. If you are unable to launch the game and are seeing a "Direct3D 11.1 API not available. Platform Update for Windows 7 is required," message, you will have to update the Windows 7 platform and Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems, and restart your PC.
