How to redeem Deep Freeze Bundle on PlayStation 5
- On the PS5 Home Menu go to the PlayStation Store
- Navigate up to the top menu Categories bar and select a "..." icon next to the shopping cart.
- Highlight and select “Redeem Codes” from the list of options.
- Enter your code and press X to continue
- Now you will see the content you are redeeming. Highlight the confirm option and press X.
- A message will appear that the code has been redeemed, press the button on "OK".
- The content should download automatically but if it does not, or if you would like to manually download the content, visit the game page In your Library from the Games Hub.
How to redeem Deep Freeze Bundle on PlayStation 4
- On the PS4 Home Menu go to the PlayStation Store
- Highlight and select “Redeem Codes” from the list of store categories on the left of the store
- Enter your code and press X to continue
- Now you will see the content you are redeeming. Highlight the confirm option and press X.
- A message will appear that the code has been redeemed, press the button on "OK".
- The content should download automatically but if it does not, or if you would like to manually download the content, visit the game page In your Library from the Home Menu
- Highlight "Related Items", scroll over to "My Add-Ons" and press X

- From your Xbox Home Menu go to the Microsoft Store
- If prompted, sign in.
- From the left sidebar menu in the Store, highlight and select “Redeem”.
- Enter your code when prompted and then select Next to confirm.
- If the content is available, a download will start under "My Games and Apps" in your Queue.
How to redeem Deep Freeze Bundle on the Nintendo Switch
- Select “Nintendo eShop” on the HOME Menu to launch the Nintendo eShop.
- Select the account you want to use
- Select “Enter Code” on the left side of the screen
- Enter the 16-character download code. Any letters and symbols not used with prepaid codes (i.e. O, I, Z, commas, hyphens, etc.) will be disabled from the on-screen keyboard
- Select “Send” to confirm. The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed. The game icon will appear on the HOME menu, with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear once the download is complete
How to redeem Deep Freeze Bundle on PC
- Open the Epic Games Launcher. If you haven’t downloaded and installed Fortnite & the Epic Games Launcher yet you can do so here.
- At the bottom-left of the Epic Games launcher you will see your account name displayed after you have signed in. Click on your account name and select the “Redeem Code” option that appears.
- Enter your code and select Redeem to confirm.

I've tried to redeem my code, but I'm experiencing a region error. What should I do?
If you experience a region specific error when trying to redeem your code, please make sure that the region of your console's store matches the region of the physical bundle you purchased. If the region of your bundle does not match your console account on PlayStation consoles or Nintendo Switch, the code will not be compatible. You'll need to contact the retailer where you made you purchase for an exchange as it might be possible you imported your copy of the bundle from a different region by mistake.
