Redeeming Your Code
Note: Before redeeming the code, please make sure you're logged into the correct profile on your console and Epic Games account in Fortnite where you wish to see the content added.
How to redeem a digital code on the PlayStation®5
- On the PlayStation®5 Game Home Menu highlight and select the PlayStation™Store hub with the cross button on your wireless controller.
- Navigate up to the top menu Categories bar in the Store and select a "..." icon next to the shopping cart icon.
- Highlight and select “Redeem Code” from the list of options.
- Enter your code and press the cross button to continue.
- Now you will see the content you are redeeming. Highlight the confirm option and the cross button.
- A message will appear confirming that the code has been redeemed, press the button on "OK".
- The content should download automatically but if it does not, or if you would like to manually download the content, visit the game page In your Game Library from the Games Home Menu.
How to redeem a digital code on the PlayStation®4
- On the PlayStation®4 Home screen highlight and select PlayStation™Store with the cross button on your wireless controller.
- From the list of store categories on the left of the screen, press the down button until you can highlight and select “Redeem Codes” with the cross button.
- Press the cross button to enter your code, then press the R2 button and select Continue.
- Now you will see a list of the digital content you are redeeming. Highlight the confirm option and press the cross button.
- A message will appear confirming that the code has been redeemed, press the cross button on "OK".
- The content should download automatically but if it does not, or if you would like to manually download the content, visit the game tile under your Library in the Home screen.
How to redeem a digital code on the Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X
- From your Xbox Home Menu go to the Microsoft Store
- If prompted, sign in.
- From the left sidebar menu in the Store, highlight and select “Redeem” with the A Button on your wireless controller.
- Enter your code when prompted and then select Next to confirm.
- If the downloadable content is available, a download will start under "My Games and Apps" in your Queue.
How to redeem a digital code on the Nintendo Switch™
- In the HOME menu on your Nintendo Switch™, Highlight and select Nintendo eShop.
- Select the user account you want to use
- Highlight and select Enter Code on the left sidebar of the Nintendo eShop screen.
- Enter the 16-character download code. Any letters and symbols not used with prepaid codes (i.e. O, I, Z, commas, hyphens, etc.) will be disabled from the on-screen keyboard
- Select “Send” to confirm. The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed. The game icon will appear on the HOME menu, with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear once the download is complete.
How to redeem a digital code on PC
- Open the Epic Games Launcher. If you haven’t downloaded and installed Fortnite & the Epic Games Launcher yet you can do so here.
- At the bottom-left of the Epic Games launcher you will see your account name displayed after you have signed in. Click on your account name and select the “Redeem Code” option that appears.
- Enter your code and select Redeem to confirm.
Troubleshooting
I've redeemed my code, but I cannot see the content for the bundle in Fortnite. What should I do?
If you find that you cannot access the content of the Last Laugh Bundle after redeeming your code through the store on your platform, it is possible that Parental Controls have applied your redemption code to the wrong console profile on your device. We suggest contacting Epic Games Support with information about your console profiles, as they will be able to best assist with content management after the code redemption.
I've redeemed my code, but it seems it was redeemed on the wrong profile on my console. What should I do?
If you've redeemed your code on the wrong profile by mistake, we suggest contacting Epic Games Support as they will be able to best assist with content management after the code has been redeemed.
I've tried to redeem my code, but I'm experiencing a region error. What should I do?
If you experience a region-specific error when trying to redeem your code, please make sure that the region of your console's store matches the region of the physical bundle you purchased. If the region of your bundle does not match your console account on PlayStation consoles or Nintendo Switch, the code will not be compatible. You'll need to contact the retailer where you made your purchase for an exchange as it might be possible you imported your copy of the bundle from a different region by mistake.
