How Do I Get In (And Out) of First-Person Mode While Driving?

In order to engage and disengage the first-person camera while driving, tap the D-Pad’s Down button twice. In order to start up First-Person Mode on PC, hit the 'V' button (default key map), or select it in the Main Menu.
